"Not only was she a wonderful chef who provided a wonderful variety of tailored dishes for the yacht's owner and charter guests, she is also a fabulous crew member. She is a very knowledgeable chef, very flexible and has the capability of accommodating any food restrictions or food allergies. Petra's cuisine has French and Italian influence. She is very creative and has beautiful food presentation skills."
